(Deepening the English Language – with Jennifer Lowe)
Hi Subscriber,
In this very difficult situation and we have had to make a very difficult decision. We have decided NOT to hold the event on the usual third Wednesday of this month. It was planned for 19th January (even if there was a typing error in some programmes – sorry) but there are too many restrictions and regulations. There are quite a few ‘positive’ cases among our friends and we are afraid that there would be a very low participation also because of fear of infection. We will keep Jenny Lowe’s presentation for another time.
We are however continuing with the smaller weekly groups (Theatre and conversation) because it is easier to apply the COVID regulations. It is also easier to advise small groups about any last minute cancellations.
We’re really sorry this had to happen and we’ll let you know about the future events.
